The GOplus 2-in-1 Folding Treadmill (2.25 HP, Bluetooth) has been a reliable part of my fitness routine for over five years. If you’re looking for a slim, foldable treadmill that performs well and fits in tight spaces, this model might be perfect for you.

Slim, Space-Saving Design

One of my favorite things about this treadmill is how slim it is—just under 5 inches off the ground. Before I got a sleeper sofa, I stored it under my couch. Now it easily slides under my bed. It’s lightweight and compact, making it ideal for small apartments or home offices.

Walking and Running Modes

This treadmill works in two modes:

  • Handle down: Walk up to 4 mph.
  • Handle up: Jog or run up to 12 mph.

If you’re planning to walk casually while watching TV, you can keep the handle down. But for anything faster than 4 mph, the handle needs to be raised, which is easy to do and locks securely in place.

Simple Controls and Reliable Remote

The treadmill operates via a remote control, which is essential—you can’t start or control it without one. Fortunately, replacements are available on Amazon. The remote is user-friendly, making adjustments quick and easy.

Bluetooth Speaker and Media Holder

The built-in Bluetooth speaker is surprisingly clear and loud. Pairing it with your phone is seamless, and it often reconnects automatically. Whether you want to listen to music or stream a podcast or sermon, the sound quality is excellent. There’s also a tablet/phone holder to keep your device secure during workouts.

Performance and Speed

This treadmill goes up to 12 mph, which provides a fast, solid jog. Despite the compact size, I never feel like I’m going to fly off the back or run off the edges. The deck might look short, but it’s plenty comfortable and safe even for running at full speed.

Durability and Safety

After five years—and with four boys in the house—it’s still holding up great. Even though I lost the original safety magnet key, a small refrigerator magnet does the trick. The treadmill gradually slows down when turned off, allowing for a smooth cooldown.
